Pradera has yesterday announced that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of six hypermarket assets in northern Spain on behalf of German pension fund Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung (NAEV), whose real estate fund is administered by Universal-Investment Luxembourg.
