The shareholders of Preos Real Estate AG have approved all draft resolutions with more than 99 percent of the votes at today's extraordinary and virtual Shareholders’ Meeting. Among other things, it was decided to relocate the company's registered office from Leipzig to Frankfurt/Main from 2021.
