AviaRent acquires care home in Austria for its European Social Infrastructure I fund

AviaRent Invest AG has confirmed the acquisition of an inpatient care home in the Austrian town of Unzmarkt for its European Social Infrastructure I (ESI I) special fund. The acquisition was signed end of 2019 for an undisclosed sum.
