Deka Immobilien acquires retail portfolio in Spain and Portugal

Deka Immobilien GmbH has acquired the „Mistral portfolio“ containing 16 retail properties. The clothing retailer Zara España S.A. sold the properties under a sale-and-leaseback transaction.
