Hamburg still top of the list of major German logistics markets
As expected, the Hamburg logistics market* was not able to repeat the record result of the previous year in 2012. According to an analysis conducted by Realogis around 570,000 m² were leased or sold in the Hamburg region in 2012. This was a year-on-year drop of 25%.
