Long-term warehouse property developer P3 Logistic Parks has signed a deal with Airbus to take a new 31,280 m² Build-to-Suit logistics hub at P3 Illescas park in Toledo, south of Madrid. Work will start on site before the end of 2018, with delivery is planned for the third quarter of 2019.
