Orchard Street acquires The Cornerhouse in Nottingham from Land Securities for €75m
Orchard Street Investment Management has completed the acquisition of The Cornerhouse, Nottingham from Land Securities PLC for €75 million (£65 million). The asset was acquired on behalf of St James's Place UK PLC. Orchard Street was advised by Savills and Land Securities by JLL.
