Orascom AGM approves all resolutions

Yesterday, the 12th Annual General Meeting of Orascom Development Holding AG was held in Altdorf, Switzerland. Due to the extraordinary situation in connection with the Covid-19-pandemic personal participation of shareholders was excluded.
