Optimistic start to 2018 North East England office market but challenge is lack of supply
Knight Frank’s UK Regional Cities Office Market Review 2018 has been released and reveals although office take-up in Newcastle city centre saw a 19% decrease in 2017, a more positive market tone was evident as the year ended - demonstrated by an increase in the level of enquiries and viewings.
