NREP buys historic office building in Helsinki from Allianz

NREP announces the acquisition of the Eteläesplanadi 2 office building in Helsinki from Allianz Real Estate, which purchased the property in 2006, when the property was the head office of UPM. Eteläesplanadi 2 is a landmark building located next to the waterfront in Helsinki CBD.
