New lease signed for 2,000 square meters of office space in Cologne
Alstria has signed a new lease for its asset „Maarweg-Center“ in Cologne. A new tenant will lease up 2,000 m² of office space for a term of 10 years. The lease will start in the first quarter of 2020 and generates an annual rental income of around €364,000.
