Munich logistics property market breaks past 300,000 mark again
The Munich market for logistics, warehousing and industrial space increased its rental take-up by 22.9% in 2021. According to the latest analysis by Realogis 301,000 m² of space was newly used by all market participants combined in the period from January to December 2021.
