Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement with ICA Fastigheter for the acquisition of land in Enköping for the development of around 190 residential units with about 12,000 m² of GFA.
The property has a zoning plan in force and the acquisition is through a corporate transaction. A turnkey contract has been signed with ByggPartner and construction is expected to start during Q2 2021. The buildings will be certified in accordance with the Swedish Green Building Council’s silver certification. ICA Fastigheter is developing a supermarket in one of the blocks.
The area has a very attractive location close to the centre of Enköping and will be completely transformed into a new attractive district. Through this new district, Enköping's city centre will expand naturally and pleasantly.
