L&G’S UK Property fund snaps up iron portfolio in first storage acquisition
LGIM Real Assets has entered the the self storage sector, making the landmark acquisition of the Iron self storage portfolio on behalf of its UK Property Fund. The portfolio includes three brand new facilities located in Cannock, Northwich and Bolton, providing 140,000 sq. ft. of lettable space.
