LaSalle IM enters US debt sector with acquisition of Latitude

LaSalle Investment Management has entered into an agreement to make a majority acquisition of the $1.2 billion debt fund business of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed during first quarter of 2019.
