LaSalle acquires residential property in prime Madrid district
LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) has acquired a six-storey residential property in the AZCA financial district of Madrid. The asset has been acquired from Optimum III Value Added Residential SOCIMI, a residential property investment fund, on behalf of a LaSalle client.
