Internos to sell 13 assets from the Dutch Active Fund
Acting on behalf of the Dutch Active Fund PropCo B.V., Internos B.V. has sold nine office buildings and two industrial buildings from locations across the Netherlands. The buildings comprise a total floor area of approximately 35,675 sq m. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
