Grand Hotel Wien definitively sold – Hotusa acquires landmark property
The sale of the Grand Hotel Wien on Kärntner Ring has been legally completed. On Thursday, the Vienna Higher Regional Court confirmed an earlier ruling, thereby granting final approval for the change of ownership. The new owner of the five-star hotel is the Spanish hotel group Hotusa.
