Elgan company, owned by the businessman Simon Roth, sold a logistics project located near Pitesti, rented by Dacia, part of Renault Group. The warehouse was purchased by Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd for a transaction value of €42.5 million. Colliers International consulted on the sale.
