Dream Global expands portfolio in the Rhine-Neckar area
Canadian Dream Global REIT is further expanding its office portfolio in the Rhine-Neckar region. Following its investment in Mannheim, REIT also acquired an office property in Ludwigshafen. The purchase price of €16.6 million represents a going-in cap rate of 5.4%.
