DEMIRE sells former Telekom asset in Ansbach for €18 million
DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG disposes of a former Telekom asset in the Bavarian town. After the single tenant left the property in 2019, the asset holder was able to increase the value of the property by around €5 million and also gained two new anchor tenants.
