Deka Immobilien rents out 4,200 m² office space in Australia

Deka Immobilien GmbH has signed a new long-term lease for around 4,200 m² office space in Melbourne, Australia. The space was secured by the Leo Cussen Institute, a legal training and advanced training centre established in 1972, in the office and commercial building at 15 William Street.
