On the first of April, Covivio has sold 11 German B&B Hotels encompassing 1,145 rooms for €115 million (€100,000 per room). The properties are located in key markets such as Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart and secondary cities. The hotels are managed by B&B Hotels under lease agreements.
