Consero London acquires Birchville Court in Bushey for £50m
Consero London has acquired the substantial 3.5 acre Birchville Court lodge-house and grounds in Bushey, on the border of London, and will redevelop the site into Heathbourne Village, a £50m (GDV) (c. €57.5m) premium residential scheme providing 41 residences set in landscaped grounds.
