Commerzbank-Tower sold to South Koreans for 620 million

The top deal of the year has been concluded: the Commerzbank-Tower, Germany's highest building with 259 meters, has been sold to Samsung SRA Asset Management, a subsidiary of the South Korean Samsung group. Apparently for about € 620 million.
