Commerz Real sells Prisma in Frankfurt to Patron and Sonar

Commerz Real has sold the “Prisma” office complex in Frankfurt to Patron Capital and Sonar Real Estate for an undisclosed sum. According to market information, however, the purchase price is around €120 million.
