Columbia Threadneedle acquires DHL warehouse investment in £6.0m deal
Commercial Property Partners has confirmed the sale of a 73,245 sq ft distribution warehouse unit located in a prime industrial area of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The £6.0m deal sees new owners Columbia Threadneedle acquire the Normanton-based premises from DHL Supply Chain Ltd.
