CBRE European shopping centre fund acquires Skanssi Shopping Centre in Turku

The CBRE European Shopping Centre Fund II (ESCF II), managed by CBRE Global Investors, has acquired Skanssi Shopping Centre in Turku. The shopping centre was bought in an off-market deal from Capman. The 37,392 sq m shopping centre, was built in 2009 and is the dominant scheme in the south eastern part of Turku. It is prominently located along the motorway to Helsinki. The two-floored asset comprises 90 retail tenants and has 2,400 free car parking spaces.
