This new venture compliments other joint venture vehicles undertaken between St Congar Properties Limited and Europa Capital. Since 2003, Europa Capital and St Congar (St Congar Properties Limited and St Congar Land Limited) have been acquiring, promoting and developing land and mixed use opportunities, including residential sites in Gloucester, Northants and Suffolk; at office developments at Windsor; and Borehamwood.
