IP&O Estates is a wholly owned subsidiary of Istithmar World, the investment arm of Dubai World. Prior to the acquisition of the P&O Group by DP World in 2006, P&O Estates was responsible for the management and development of a diverse property portfolio in the UK, US and Europe.
