Cenda Invest AG is a real estate project developer and asset manager with head office in Berlin. The privately structured company was formed in 1975, and was renamed “Cenda Invest AG” in 2004. It manages international investors, starting with their market entry and the setup of a real estate portfolio in Germany. In the process, Cenda Invest AG may also act as co-investor. Among the international key accounts and partners of Cenda Invest AG are the US company Rockpoint Group, L.L.C. as well as the Norwegian ABG Sundal Collier. In its role as asset manager, Cenda Invest AG has an investment volume of approximately 850 million Euros under management.
