The AFIAA Investment Foundation offers Swiss pension funds access to direct and indirect investments in international real estate. At present, the Foundation manages real estate assets of CHF 2.8 billion (as at 30 Sept 2021) on behalf of 65 institutional investors. Established in 2004, AFIAA’s head office is located in Zurich.
For its AFIAA Global portfolio, the Investment Foundation acquires office and mixed-use properties with an investment volume between CHF 30 million and 100 million. Investments focus on inner-city Core and Core Plus properties in major cities in Europe, North America and Australia.
