Bow Arts Trust acquires affordable studios at Hackney Yards
Notting Hill Genesis has sold 10,000 square feet of workspace at Hackney Yards to Bow Arts Trust. The space will provide 38 affordable studios for creatives and small businesses. The deal strengthens Hackney Wick’s cultural infrastructure and supports long-term placemaking.
