Baumont raises over €300m for debut real estate fund
Baumont Real Estate Capital to announce the final closing of its debut private equity real estate fund, Baumont Real Estate One SCSp, raising €337 million, including €25 million of co-investment capital. The fund will acquire real estate in Western Europe, with a focus on France and the U.K.
