Barings acquires „Medienzentrum“ in Düsseldorf from Blue Colibri

Barings has acquired „Medienzentrum“, a 15,700 sq m office building in the MedienHafen (media harbour) district of Düsseldorf, on behalf of a pan-European core strategy.
