Balder and the Third Swedish National Pension Fund acquires residential properties
Fastighets AB Balder and the Third Swedish National Pension Funds joint company have agreed to acquire a portfolio of 21 residential properties from Aberdeen. The properties have a total area of 71,000 sq.m. which includes about 1,200 apartments situated in Stockholm and Öresund.
