Amazon wants to settle in the Logistics Park Hamburg 1 on an area of 70,000 sqm. The logistics centre will become operational in 2017. The logistics centre will be erected in two construction phases by the US large real estate developer IDI Gazeley in Winsen south of Hamburg.
