Alstria leases additional 5,000 m² in Frankfurt and Hamburg
Alstria Office REIT-AG announces the signature of a new lease in Frankfurt and a new letting success in its property Nagelsweg 41-45 in Hamburg. Furthermore the management board has announced a positive P&L impact of approx. €400 million in 2018.
