Allianz Real Estate has completed its first investment on the Spanish PRS market. The company has acquired 421 residential units in 21 assets located centrally in Madrid and Barcelona. A total of 13 assets (63 percent of the portfolio) equating c. 41,000 m² is located in the capital.
