French owner-operator Alfred Hôtels and investment manager Braxton IM have acquired the 29-room Hôtel La Frégate in Lège-Cap-Ferret for around 8 million Euro. A 2.3 million Euro refurbishment will reposition the property as a four-star hotel reopening in 2027.
