AEW UK Core Property Fund as acquired the seven-acre Whitecroft Lighting freehold unit on the Kayley Industrial Estate, Ashton-under-Lyne for GBP8.25 million. The acquisition price reflects a net initial yield of 6.5 per cent and a capital value of GBP53 per sq ft.
