Aedifica is expanding its cooperation with Germany-based Specht Gruppe. To this end, the Belgian real estate company is investing additional €44m. Specht Gruppe will set up some 220 apartments for the elderly at eight sites in Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and North Rhine-Westphalia.
