£50 million regeneration of former Hartwells site begins in Bath
Work has begun on a £50 million regeneration of the former Hartwells Garage site in Newbridge, Bath. The 8.4-acre project will deliver new homes, student accommodation, retail space and major public realm upgrades, including a new link to the Bristol-Bath cycle path.
