The accredited test laboratory specialists are implementing its expansion plans in Berlin with the leasing of its new location for a period of at least 10 years. The company focuses on power station and plant construction. The special fields of Zeros GmbH include not only the testing of cast and forged parts, but also the performance of tests on thermo-technical equipment and turbines in the field of inspection and new construction. The rental agreement begins immediately upon completion of the park in the second quarter of 2012. The international brokerage house Jones Lang LaSalle played an advisory role in this rental transaction.

Stefan Bohm from SEGRO's Berlin branch is delighted: "Four months before the completion of the new SEGRO Service Park Berlin Airport we can already see how attractive this location is for companies from a wide range of industries. A successful industry mix will contribute towards making the new park in the immediate vicinity of the capital's new airport BER the top address for Berlin.”
