Warsaw Trade Tower with bilingual kindergarten for its tenants

The Warsaw Trade Tower, the highest and one of the most prestigious office skyscrapers in Warsaw, has gained a very useful amenity by concluding a lease agreement with Kids & Co, an independent kindergarten operator. The 200 m² module located on the ground floor of the building will have a direct entrance to a nearby playground fully equipped and managed by the operator. The bilingual kindergarten in Warsaw Trade Tower will be open from September.

“The introduction of a kindergarten is a clear sign for the current and prospective tenants of this A-class office tower, that the landlord intends to improve the comfort of the people who work there. Moreover, Warsaw Trade Tower is the first building of its size and standard located in the city centre that provides such an amenity.” said Adrian Bojczuk, Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, company responsible for leasing office space in Warsaw Trade Tower.

At a height of 208 meters with 43 floors, the Warsaw Trade Tower is the tallest office tower in CEE and forms one of the most iconic elements on the Warsaw skyline. In addition to the stunning views, WTT offers top quality office space and a large variety of ancillary services and amenities such as, for example, its own restaurant. The international high profile tenants of office tower include KPMG, BP Europe, American Express, Mattel, MSD Polska and an insurance giant AXA, who has lately extended a 7,000 m² lease at the Warsaw Trade Tower. Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of landlord, the real estate fund AICEE II, for which Heitman International provides Asset Management services.
