VZP moving into Futurama Business Park
Futurama Business Park welcomes its newest tenant to building A2 – the first phase of the multi-phased project developed by Immorent ÈR in Karlin- Prague 8. VZP, the largest health insurance company in the Czech Republic, will occupy 456 sq m on the ground floor.
The Futurama Office Park scheme consists of five office buildings, totalling 41,300 sq m, which are jointly connected by pedestrian walkways and underground parking spaces. The buildings will be delivered in multiple phases, which will allow existing tenants to expand and grow in time, if required. The layout of the floor plates offers multiple possibilities, which allow the tenants to reach optimal solutions with regard to cost effectiveness and flexibility.
