The TradeShoes company has signed for the brand Centro a lease contract for retail space in Globus Shopping Centre. Centro is soon to open its doors in the second phase of Globus Shopping Centre, where the agreement was signed to lease 347 meters of retail space. Retail chain Centro is youth-market oriented and offers fashion shoes and accessories collections at affordable prices. This brand is highly recognizable among customers and will beneficially add to the existing tenant mix in Globus Shopping Centre. DTZ Retail represented the interest of the landlord.
