Tieto Poland to be one of the main tenants in the Oxygen office building in Szczecin

Echo Investment has leased an area of over 5,000 sqm in its Oxygen project carried out on Malczewskiego street in Szczecin.

Tieto Poland, an international IT concern providing full service with regard to building, development and maintenance of IT systems, is moving its head office to the Oxygen office building. Tieto will occupy over 4,600 sqm, which constitutes the third floor of the office building. The move of the company will start in Q4 2010.

Oxygen received a certificate of occupancy in July this year. The installation work inside the building is currently in progress. Some tenants have already started their operations; others are in the course of area acceptance and adaptation.
