The new beginning of Prozna Street

Warimpex, the investor of the new office building on Prozna Street has chosen Jones Lang LaSalle as an exclusive agent for the commercialization process of the project. Jerzy Krogulec, President of Warimpex Polska says: “We are very pleased that after years of preparations we can finally start with the revitalization of the historical tenement houses on Prózna 7 and 9 Street. The refurbished tenement houses will be a part of a wider concept of reconstruction process of the historical down-town area in the region of Grzybowski Square, which presently is being restored itself. Our ambition for with the project which construction will commence this Autumn, is to be the first of many projects to be accomplished in this area by Warimpex.”

New office centre will be developed in two adjacent tenement houses on 7 and 9 Prozna Street in Warsaw. The tenement houses will be restored under the supervision of heritage manager and transformed into a prestigious office centre. The construction will commence in October 2010 and the completion is planned for mid 2012. Warimpex has already obtained building permission. The usable area of the new investment will be around 5,800 sqm.
