London prime residential development The Lancasters, a partnership by London developer Minerva PLC and prime residential developer Northacre, launches to market today.

The Lancasters, 75 apartments and two houses built to the highest specification behind a retained traditional stucco façade, is the only revival project of this scale on the market. “The Lancasters has an enviable central location with south-facing views over Hyde Park”, says Mark Cherry, Investment Director, Minerva. “With the London ultra-prime market currently suffering from a chronic lack of supply, interest from buyers is intense”, he adds.
